Overview of Club: Atlantic College SLSC is one of the oldest Surf Lifesaving club in Wales. It comprises solely of students and staff of this International College situated near Llantwit Major. Approximately 40 new lifeguards are trained each year. The patrol nearby Southerndown beach in the summer; and some ex-members have gone on to set up surf lifesaving schemes and governing bodies in their own countries.
